Ha fiatal embereknek felteszik a kérdést, mi a céljuk az életben sokszor az a válasz érkezik: boldog akarok lenni!

De mit jelent a boldogság? Egészség, család, szerelem vagy szakmai siker? Vagy a boldogság mindig valami olyasmi, amit különösen akkor kívánunk magunknak, amikor a belső egyensúlyunk felborul és elégedetlenek vagyunk?

Hisz egy elégedett szív nem követel több szeretetet, pénzt vagy hírnevet. A legnagyobb boldogság az, amikor nem várjuk, hogy egyszer elérkezik, hanem azzal vagyunk elégedettek, amink van.

Természetesen kívánhatunk magunknak egy boldog életet. De ez teljesen más, mint várni rá. A különbség csak egy szó: változtatás. Ami azt jelenti, hogy aktívan alakítjuk életünket és a pozítiv és örömteli dolgokra fókuszálunk. Elbúcsúzunk a megszokottságtól és lépünk a bizonytalanság ,az új felé. Az új tapasztalatokkal gazdagodva néha megállunk, visszatekintünk, hogy ott vagyunk-e most ahová igyekeztünk, vagy új döntéseket kell meghoznunk az egyensúly érdekében.

Hisz az önmagunkkal való elégedettség a kulcs a boldogsához.
